Ryan Donnell Promotional Booklet
My friend and talented photographer, Ryan Donnell, approached me to design a promotional booklet highlighting a recent series of photos. The photographs were shot on election day 2008 all throughout the City of Philadelphia.
Many people might be surprised to know that Philadelphia, the birthplace of American Democracy, is a unusually strange place to vote. Other cities might vote in places like elementary schools. Philadelphia votes in places like private basements, bars, resaurants, and auto garages. Weird huh? Ryan takes a wonderfully insightful look into this beautiful idiosyncracy that makes us who we are as a city.
