Cyndi, Not Quite Sure About You
Cyndi is not quite sure about you. Don’t worry, she is like this with everybody she meets at first.
Cyndi is a PittBull, and like many of her breed, she was terribly abused. She quivers at the sight of brooms and mops. Think about that when you meet her, and remember that it’s nothing personal.
This painting is exactly what she’s about: She is trying to be a normal dog, she tries to relax and be a good girl like her parents (Jess and I) tell her. But she can’t totally trust you enough to take her eyes off you for too long.
Oil on panel. 10 x 8”
