Saush on Sue’s Bedspread

Saush was one of our cats, she was vey sweet and girly, but she was not afraid to kick a little ass. On Bruce's first night with us after his adoption and traumatic first vet visit, Saush greeted him with a few swats, followed by a tornado of hair and teeth, banishing him to the bathroom. The poor guy spent the whole night pressed up against the tub (which was the furthest away from Saush he could get). Apparently this respect Bruce showed her won Saush over for good, and they soon became best-buds.

Jeesaw's Minnasotan sister Sue came to live with us for a while, and she and Saush bonded tight. Sue's room was a dog-free zone, and I think that's how their friendship began. It was so tight that I think it was clear that Saush wanted to go to Minneapolis with Sue when she moved back home.

She's there right now, and I'm happy for her.
